We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Trading Quality Analyst who will be responsible for performing analysis and maintaining trade execution quality to ensure efficient and cost-effective outcome, in addition to delivering high quality reporting and analysis on existing and new business operations.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on trade quality in collaboration with Management
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business development opportunities and cost efficiencies
  • Reconcile and evaluate data from multiple sources and resolve any discrepancies and issues identified
  • Generate comprehensive reports for the evaluation of trading quality, identify opportunities to minimise trading costs, and provide actionable insights
  • Design, implement, monitor, and troubleshoot trading system execution processes and trading system availability
  • Analyse, maintain and monitor the financial instruments’ liquidity, availability, and costs
  • Stay updated on markets trends, conditions and events that influence liquidity and costs
Main requirements:
  • BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or any other relevant field
  • Experience in a position with similar responsibilities will be a plus
  • Knowledge of relational database concepts, SQL and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as R, Python or MATLAB will be a plus
  • Strong understanding of trading business and technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English language

The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Compliance and AML Officer. In this role, you will support compliance activities, conduct due diligence, AML client reviews, and assist with reporting.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
  • Provide support to the Head of Compliance & AML in maintaining, updating, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
  • Conduct compliance audits and prepare analytical reports on potential compliance issues
  • Perform client reviews and customer due diligence
  • Communicate with clients, update client files and risk classifications, and escalate cases to the Head of Compliance & AML
  • Conduct periodic reviews of new and existing clients to identify potential money laundering issues
  • Review and update the Company’s AML/CFT Manual, Risk-Based Approach, and related policies as needed
  • Identify, examine, and report suspicious activities related to money laundering and terrorist financing
  • Support the preparation and submission of required reports to CySEC and other regulators as applicable
  • Collaborate with business units to investigate and resolve any compliance related issues and breaches
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of compliance procedures and activities
  • Stay updated on new laws and regulations related to the Company’s operations
  • Undertake other compliance-related activities and projects as necessary
Main requirements:
  • Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • CySEC Advanced or AML certification will be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of fund management framework will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Integrity of character and high levels of confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
